Inaam Kachachi
- Iraqi Journalist, Novelist, and Documentary Filmmaker, Born in Baghdad in 1952. She studied journalism at the College of Arts, University of Baghdad, graduating in 1974.
- Worked as an editor in the Baghdad press and as a producer of television and radio programmes until 1979.
- Completed her studies at the Sorbonne University in Paris, earning a PhD in 1986 on press campaigns.
- Worked with several Arab émigré magazines, writing regular columns in Al Watan Al Arabi, Al Hiwar, and Al Dawliya. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the weekly Al Dawliya and the monthly Al Jeel.
Currently works as a Paris correspondent and columnist for Asharq Al Awsat (London) and writes a weekly column for Kul
