Al Owais Cultural Foundation To host ‘For the Love of the UAE’ Concert on June 20

The Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation will host a special live musical concert titled “For the Love of the UAE” on Saturday, June 20, featuring the Emirates Youth Symphony Orchestra under the baton of renowned Maestro Riyad Qudsi.

The performance will also include the Dubai Chamber Orchestra, the Elfa Choir and singer Somar Najjar, presenting a programme that combines Emirati patriotic songs with renowned classical compositions.

The concert comes as an affirmation of the UAE’s national cohesion, a fundamental pillar on which its society is built. It reflects the close bond between the country’s leadership and its people while reinforcing a strong sense of patriotism as a core value that embodies deep-rooted loyalty and pride in the nation’s achievements under one flag.

The programme will feature popular national songs, including “We Love the UAE,” “Dar Zayed,” “Your Love Is Deep Within Our Hearts,” and “O Dearest Homeland,” alongside musical works by celebrated composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, Vivaldi and Khachaturian, among other acclaimed composers.

The concert forms part of the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation’s broader cultural programme aimed at promoting artistic and cultural activity in the UAE. The Emirates Youth Symphony Orchestra is regarded as one of the country’s leading active ensembles, bringing together experienced musicians and promising young performers to foster artistic exchange and ensure the continued presence of high-quality classical music in public life.
