Administration of the Foundation


 The Board of Trustees shall administrate and supervise the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation. The General Secretariat shall report to the Board of Trustees and be the executive arm of Foundation.

 

The Board of Trustees shall be the higher authority of the Foundation and supervise its operation. The Board of Trustees shall consist of seven to 15 members who are qualified in the fields of administration, science and culture.

 

The General Secretariat shall consist of three to six members, administrate the Foundation’s daily activities, and distribute functions among its members.

The Executive Administration

 

The Executive Administration shall be responsible for the implementation of the approved decisions and follow-up and coordination of the Foundation’s everyday activities. The Executive Administration shall consist of two separate administrative bodies:

 

1.  The Administration of Culture and Awards

 

2.   The Administration of Support Services

 

Each one shall have a number of full-time staff
